Pfizenmaier, Director
Dan
joined Junction City's Mutual Self-Help Housing office in January
2005. Dan is responsible for managing the Self-Help Housing program,
supervising all program activities and serving as the liaison with
USDA Rural Development. He also assists families in the construction
of their homes, supervising and inspecting the family construction,
maintains family work records and ensures that safety rules and
regulations are maintained. He schedules work and keeps needed supplies
on hand.
Lori
Hodgson, Family Coordinator
Lori
has been with Junction City's Mutual Self-Help Housing office since
February 2007. She is responsible for participant recruitment incuding
screening applicants for eligibility, coordiating pre-constructiion
meetings, and assisting applicants in completing and filing 502
loan applications with USDA Rural Development. She also handles
secretarial duties and financial reporting.
Plinio
Aizprua, Construction Supervisor
Plinio
started with Junction City's Mutual Self-Help Housing office in
September 2008. He is responsible for the construction of
the homes and the construction sites. He teaches the family
members how to build their homes. He also teaches our safety regulations
for the job sites.
