The Self Help Staff Dan Pfizenmaier, Director Dan joined Self Help Housing in January 2005. Dan is responsible for managing the program, supervising all program activities and serving a the liaison with USDA RUral Development. He also assists families in the construction of their homes, supervising and inspecting the family construction, maintains family work records and ensures that safety rules and regulations are maintained. He schedules work and keeps needed supplies on hand. Lori Hodgson, Family Coordinator Lori has been
with Self Help Housing since February 2007. She is responsible for
participant recruitment incuding screening applicants for eligibiolity,
coordianting pre-constructiion meetings, and assisting applicants
in completing and filing 502 loan applications with Rural Development.
She also handles secretarial duties and financial reporting For
