Jason Haslouer is the Director of the Recreation Department. Haslouer is a graduate of Kansas State University in Parks and Recreation Administration. He participated in many campus activities such as the K-State Cheer Squad. Prior to joining the Junction City Recreation Department, he worked in Fort Collins, CO and Manhattan.

During his time with the Recreation Department, Haslouer has made creating new programs and activities a priority. Boxing, co-rec softball, the adult basketball league, Toddler Town, Super Kickers, noon hour Puzzle Club for seniors and Royals family trips are all products of Haslouer’s leadership.

Assistant Director

Travis Engle is the Assistant Recreation Director for the City of Junction City. Travis graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Park Management and Conservation. His career in recreation began in Shawnee County as a Recreation Leader/Programmer.  Following that he enjoyed being the Recreation Director for the City of Wamego. June of 2008, Travis landed in Junction City where he looks forward to serving the community and city.

Spin City Manager

Kilee Debita is the Facility Manager for Spin City.  She joined Junction City's Recreation Department, Dec. of 2008.  Kilee has a degree in Recreation from Emporia State University. Her experience includes being a Recreation Leader/Programmer for Shawnee County.  She is an avid developer of programs and activities so keep a look out for new, innovative programs offered at Spin City and other locations.
