Reserve
space for your special event.
First,
call the Recreation Department at 238-3103 to learn whether the
facility you have chosen is available for your event. Complete a
reservation form and mail or deliver it to either of our Customer
Service desks at the Municipal Building, 700 N. Jefferson or at
the 12th Street Community Center, 1002 W. 12th St.
Some
facilities require fees. All fees must be paid in advance and a
use contract signed at least one week prior to the event. Users
may be charged for any damages or clean-up required. If you must
cancel, please do so at least one week in advance. Your fee will
not be refunded after that time.
