Hello my name is Patricia "Pat" Upham. I am the Senior Records Clerk and the supervisor for the Administrative Services Division. This division has an authorized strength of three clerical personnel and the Records Supervisor. We are tasked with the daily processing of all the reports and correspondence created by all sworn members of the Police Department. We are also tasked with the data entry of all information into the department AS/400 mainframe computer system. This information is obtained from the reports generated by the officers during the course of their investigations.

We also provide support services with many outside agencies such as: the Geary County Sheriff's Office, the Grandview Plaza Police Department, the Geary County Attorney's Office, and the Junction City Attorney's Office to name a few. The personnel of this division are also tasked with insuring the reporting of criminal statistics and accident statistics to state and federal agencies as required.
