The yellow pages of your phone book is a good place to start looking for reputable contractors that can help you get the job done. The City Code Enforcement Division can tell you if they are licensed and insured to work in Junction City, and may be able to tell you if there has been any complaints about a contractor. Bring any renovation plans into the City Code Enforcement Division for review before you move that wall or take out that window.
