These

a building permit. Please come into or call our office to be sure.
Fees for building permits taken out after a project has been started
are charged an investigation penalty fee that can double the cost
of the building permit. A few minutes of your time checking zoning,
code and permit requirements can save you a lot of headaches and
money to be sure your project meets all applicable regulations before
starting.
Building
permits are based on the dollar valuation of your project using
the Building Safety Journal. The minimum cost is based on $500.00
valuation with a fee of $19.00. Craft fees - electrical, plumbing,
heating and air conditioning, gas and sewer - are based on a flat
fee of $15.00 for each permit.
