EDUCATION COORDINATOR Information on FREE Taxpayer Education Programs, such as VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance), the Community Outreach Tax Assistance Program, and the Small Business Workshops are available through this office.
Three Rivers serves mentally and physically disabled individuals by providing a variety of community and individual services for persons with disabilities. These include: Independent living skills such as budgeting, cooking, etc., counseling services, community or individual advocacy, family services concerning disability issues, vocational assistance, transportation, housing assistance, and information and referral. It also provides accessibility surveys for private businesses as well. The organization serves the following counties: Riley, Geary, Morris, Wabaunsee, Pottawatomie, Marshall, Washington and Clay.
